Return Policy: If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise through an error on our part, notify us within 72 hours of receiving the package, and we will pay for shipping both ways to return it. Any other returns must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase. Unauthorized returns WILL NOT be credited. We do not accept returns on used glass, chemicals, tools, books, zinc, lead came, special orders, or items packed at the factory for safe shipping.

Damages: If the shipment shows outward evidence of damage, open the package immediately before signing delivery receipt. DO NOT refuse delivery; notify us immediately. Keep the carton and damaged goods until an inspection has been made. We will then replace the merchandise. For a Postal delivery, note damaged package on carriers delivery form. You may file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify us. they are dissatisfied with their purchase.
